Be Well Weight Loss takes a Natural approach to treating inner and outer health and beauty. The key to this amazing program is the Ideal Proteins Method which was developed over 20 years ago by Dr. Tran Tien Chanh MD PhD.

Our weight-loss method consists of a four phase protocol; weight loss in the first two phases, and maintenance in the later two. It has a beginning and an end. We offer protein foods which are available in over 35 delicious varieties, high-biological value, low in calories and fat, contain 8 essential amino acids.

The Theory

Dr. Tran Tien believes the biggest source of weight problems are rooted in the body's dysfunctional use of insulin, which is created by excessive intake of simple carbohydrates, processed foods, sugar, and saturated fats. This leads to an ever-increasing cycle of increased sugar and fat cravings, which leads to weight gain, which leads to poor insulin function--which all circle back in a worsening spiral of weight gain and poor health.

 

What to Expect

On average, women lose weight at the rate of 3 to 4 pounds per week and 4 to 7 pounds per week for men. Based on over 25 years of experience and over 5 million people, the program enables the following:

The program is designed to work with Ideal Protein's high-quality nutritional supplements, a unique combination that guarantees safe and healthy weight loss.
Supplementation is crucial to your success since you will be missing out on some important fats and other nutrients during this short-term diet. We will work with your individual profile (that you fill out) to assist you and decide the proper supplementation for your specific issues (e.g. food allergies, digestion, toxicity of the liver or kidneys). We will encourage you to consult with your health care provider with such issues.

Your first step is to schedule a consult with Tina or attend an Open House (call for dates). When you decide to start, there is a $120 start-up fee and a cost of approximately $155 for your first week of food and supplements.

 

The Protocol
  • Phase 1:You start out using packets as the basis of 3 of your 4 meals each day with your supplements. You follow this until you have reached 90% of your goal. Average Cost $95 per week.
  • Phase 2: You reduce the Ideal foods to 2 per day with supplements until you've reached 100% of your goal. Average Cost $68 per week.
  • Phase 3:For weight loss stabilization, you will reintroduce moderate amounts of fats and carbohydrates to your diet for 14 days. Average Cost : $40 per week.
  • Phase 4:You continue to eat the way you have; by this time, you have learned to choose healthy foods and the right combinations of foods.
